Dr Francis is great. I have been a patient of his for three or four years. He is thorough and friendly. I give him 5 stars. Normally, I order contacts, but am still trying the samples he gave me at my appointment. I called back a few days later to get my PD. Unfortunately, I was told that the only way they would give me my PD is if I make a purchase or pay an extra $20. Are they serious?

Yes good. I had to get an eye test for work, the rest of the places were booked a month out, but this place got me in the next day. Also, while I was waiting, one of the ladies helped me with my current glasses by replacing the nose pads with silicon pads. The reason is that the PVC pads that I had before were cutting into my nose. She just fixed them for free without my having to ask. I appreciate that because it had been hurting and bothering my face for quite some time, and she just fixed it. She went out of her way to help.

0/5 stars. Terrible experience. I tried to schedule an appointment. I was left on hold for 15+ minutes before I hung up and called again. They couldn't get me scheduled for contacts. They couldnt check my insurance. They couldn't give me contacts. It seems like they couldn't do anything. I was not a priority and will not go here again.
