Best eye care experience ever. Dr. Jasmine Lopez (Optometrist), Shelby Pratt (Practice Manager) and Angel Norman (Assistant Manager) guided me through the tests, consultation, frames selection and the purchasing process with professionalism and ease. At the time of review, the test equipment was less than a week old; far more modern, precise and easier for the patient to navigate. The air blast to the eye test has been eliminated and replaced with a simple scan. Dr. Lopez was very precise throughout the consultation, easy to understand and can dilate your eyes without pain. She guided the lens selection process to where I could see things that I haven't seen in a very long time. Amazing work. She was also very informative, knowledgeable and professional throughout. It goes without saying she has earned my complete trust on the first visit. This location is a very capable office with excellent staff and I will return...highly recommend everyone listed in the review.

Everyone is so welcoming and helpful! I went in for my appointment and they immediately welcomed me and told me where to go and the doctor listened to all of my concerns and was honest with me about my vision and made it to where I could understand what’s going on instead of just saying “you need glasses here’s your prescription.” And don’t get me started about the girls up front, they were so nice and easy to talk to! And they helped me while looking for my frames and were honestly telling me if something looked good on me. I will be recommending them to everyone I know. This was the best experience I’ve ever had at the eye doctor!

I don’t recommend. I came to them with a recent prescription and wanting to order contacts. They stated I had to pay for another exam even though I just had one or they wouldn’t even consider allowing me to order contacts. Very rude when I questioned this method so I decided not to use their services.
