I have been a patient here for the last eight years and have always had pleasant visits with the doctor/staff and opticians. My most recent experience was with Shelbie, she helped my husband and I with glasses/sunglasses. Shelbie showed an exceptional level of customer service, one of the best I have experienced from a business. She was so professional, kind, funny and just stellar.

Shelbie was incredible. So kind and efficient. My problem is with current lenses, I left my glasses on the pool area and went swimming not realizing one of my dog's would run over them 😢 Sadly the lenses aren't glass so all the scuffs & scratches can't be removed. So checking into a new improved pair! Love Allen Eye Associates and always recommend them to everyone!
