They genuinely care about me. They do everything they possibly can to make your visit a pleasant experience. They treat ever patient like they were the only patient they have. They have a sense of awareness of what my needs are, and seem like they are one step ahead of you to make sure your needs are met. Conscientious would be a good definition to use. Their staff at all levels seem to be well trained and have a philosophy of customer first. That’s important to me. Dr William Maus goes above and beyond to help. He is an excellent Dr.

I have always had courteous and professional service at Allina Health in Chaska MN. They are very up to date on guidelines and recomandations from the CDC and American journal of medicine as well as other sources. We always discuss for MY situation what I feel would be best for me, instead of it HAS to be this way because...…… They let me make my own choice and we discuss pros and cons of that choice. So I do feel that I am in control of my own health care which I believe is very important for my health and wellbeing.

I am a long time patient of Dr. Maus since 1997, an Allina ER/ICU nurse and the Nursing Administrative Supervisor at St. Francis Hospital in 1997-2000. Prior to that, I worked at Nebraska Methodist Hospital in Omaha along side Dr. John Fox who operated on James Brady when President Reagan was shot. My point is Allina Health is catapulting down at a fast rate! Changing health plan to Mayo.
