I was acknowledged as soon as I entered. Staff are courteous. I completed paperwork, payment & was told where to sit. The wait period was explained. I accepted it as, out of 4 local clinics, couldn't get an appt till the following week.

I came to UC with a upper respiratory problem. Check in went fast. Waited maybe half hr. Texts were sent updating my wait time. Pretty spot on. Called back by tech/nurse. Very pleasant. Did my vitals. Said will call back when room available. Waited maybe 10/15 minutes. Got to exam room waited maybe 5 minutes and CNP came in. She didn't say her name. That was OK I was glad to get in. She was a very nice practioner. Was very happy with my visit.

I typically hate to go to the doctor, and going to urgent care is no exception. Although it was a very busy day at urgent care, the attention that I received was exceptional. The providers, from the people at the desk, to the nurse to the nurse practitioner were warm, pleasant and positive.
