My appointment was scheduled for 1030am. After waiting for 20 minutes I asked how much longer I would be waiting for my appointment, I was very rudely informed my appointment wasn’t scheduled until 11am. When I told this woman who loudly yelled this across the room when I was speaking to the front desk that I have the text message confirming my 1030am appointment she continued to argue with me from across the room telling me her computer said 11am and someone else was scheduled in the 1030am slot so there was no way I was scheduled for 1030. I walked over to her and showed her my confirmation message with the date and time and she continued to be rude, arguing with me about the time of my appointment. The lack of professionalism was very evident. I was treated respectfully by the provider and fitted for new contacts. I ordered glasses and contacts. I got home and tried reading my computer screen and noticed I can’t see at all with these new contacts. I called back to explain that I feel something is wrong and was told to call back after two days. I already have a headache from straining to read. I am very disappointed.

I am very pleased with the eye exam I was allowed to receive. Now I have an update again and I am waiting for new glasses with a beautiful frame of your facility.
