I cannot say enough good things. My son forgot to bring his contacts while we are camping out of town. Stephanie went above and beyond helping us. She managed to juggle our situation along with all of her regular duties and never once made me feel like an inconvenience (although I most certainly was!). The customer service is top notch and I can’t say ‘thank you’ enough!

The customer service here is the best in Bend. I have lived here 26 years and have never received the comprehensive care like Alpine Eye Care. From start to finish, you can trust the care you get here. They make you feel important which can be a rarity these days. I didn’t feel rushed or like I was just another quick exam.
