Stephanie and Dr. Tom are excellent. We have been going to Alpine Eyecare for ten years now and always leave satisfied. They take the time to look at frames with you and find a pair that works well with your face. They have a great selection of options to choose from and the level of service goes above and beyond expectations. I'd highly recommend this business.

Great service! I had an eye exam and was told that I didn’t need bifocals like the previous eye doctor I had gone to in town had stated and that I should hold off until they truly became necessary. They were great about letting me bring in my own frames and having lenses put in them as well as replacing lenses after a pair of frames broke... the staff is friendly and welcoming and the time out of my day was minimal in comparison to the previous eye doctor, I highly recommend trying them out at their convenient location in the old mill!

Alpine Eye Care is a great find! I started seeing them for myself, and now all four of us go there (myself, husband, and our two kids). The customer service has been BEYOND. They are incredibly responsive, helpful, with great followup and communication. They can even text from their business line, so I can make appointments for my family while I'm tied up with other things. My eye appointment for my new prescription was quick and easy (I didn't get dilated... will have to do that next time). My teenager got new glasses they love, and so did my husband. Now we are getting contacts for my 15 year old, and Alpine will have them ready at the appointment to take home start to use. I HIGHLY recommend Alpine Eye Care. So glad we have found them!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Alpine Eyecare. Dr. Tom Thomason has taken care of me by fitting me with contacts and glasses annually since 2005. He and his wife, Stephanie, have been absolutely wonderful and professional through the years. Prior to moving to Central Oregon, I was told that I probably could not wear contacts much longer due to my age. Dr. Thomason has taken the time and extra effort to continue to provide me with contacts for the past 16 years. His equipment is state of the art and they offer a wide range of frames. I always leave after my annual appointment feeling 100% satisfied. They have even shipped extra glasses and contacts in an expedited package when I needed them for a trip. I highly recommend this team for your eye care needs!

Fabulous customer service, selection and communication. I've tried other eye care places in CO and love Alpine Eye Care. They have helped me with new frames, new lenses, RX sunglasses and repairs. Such a great husband and wife team. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

The customer service here is the best in Bend. I have lived here 26 years and have never received the comprehensive care like Alpine Eye Care. From start to finish, you can trust the care you get here. They make you feel important which can be a rarity these days. I didn’t feel rushed or like I was just another quick exam. They helped me make the best choices for my eye care and I left feeling and seeing better.

I cannot say enough good things. My son forgot to bring his contacts while we are camping out of town. Stephanie went above and beyond helping us. She managed to juggle our situation along with all of her regular duties and never once made me feel like an inconvenience (although I most certainly was!). The customer service is top notch and I can’t say ‘thank you’ enough!

Tom and Stephanie are awesome! Best Eye Care I have ever been to. They are fast, knowledgeable, and confident. They do not waste time. They give you the best help and service there is. Highly recommend!!!!

Amazing place to get vision and wellness from two very nice ladies who care about the people they serve.

I have been going to Alpine eye care for 6 years and have never had a bad experience. Both the receptionist and the optometrist are polite, efficient , and provide excellent patient care. The receptionist goes out of her way for patients and will take the time to explain insurance benefits. She will also spend time with her patients answering countless questions about merchandise and will help you pick out the cutest pair of glasses ! I am very pleased with their office and recommend them to everyone I know !

Above and Beyond! I stopped into this eye clinic, as my glasses lost a nose pad and Stephanie was so very kind and helpful! Fixed my glasses, without a charge and sent me out the door with extra pads in case I lost another. Professional, caring, kind and quick. Thank you Stephanie!
