I have been going here for years... years! Always a pleasant experience. Dr. Altig and staff are fantastic. Recently, I've seen Dr. Reynolds and am very happy with the level of care she and her team provide. A special "thank you" to Stephanie for her recent help in ensuring records were received from a different medical office. She went above and beyond to keep in touch with me (or my voicemail - I apologize) and showed a level of customer care that is so rare these days. Thanks again!

**Update** My husband went to pick up the glasses and was advised we were owed a $44 refund due to a missed discount to one of the frames . This is the exact amount I had inquired about when I was there with Terri. Although they made it right by us, we will not be coming back.
I have been a patient here since 2015 and have had a great experience until a few year ago my husband had a horrible experience with the front staff being rude, we decided to give them a second chance and came back this year with him and my daughter . I was quoted $376 for two sets of glasses on Tuesday, I was unable to process my order that day due to a hold on my FSA account so I go back today (Friday) to finally process my order and my quote went up to $420 and Terri, the representative that helped me with the order said “she doesn’t know or can’t explain why the quotes are different”. Didn’t bother to check or try to understand where the change occurred. I won’t be coming back here with any of my family members and I’ll be sure to never refer anyone to a clinic that conducts this type of business .

Time for new glasses! Wouldn’t go to any other optician but Altig. I’ve been using this business longer than I can remember. The optometrists are top notch and caring. The associates that assist with choosing lens and frames are knowledgeable and patient. Always leave feeling that this group of professionals are caring and doing their best to help you with your vision needs. Do not do yourself the disservice of not giving this group a chance to meet your needs. They stand behind their work. Always willing to make any adjustments necessary to keep you a satisfied client.
