Friendly staff. Dr. Lo is very knowledgeable and patient. He wants his patients to understand their eye health. Takes the time to fully dial in your prescription. Will be glad to send your prescription and eye photos via email.

Dr. Lo and his team at the Hacienda Heights location are wonderful. They are patient and profession in their service. The exams are thorough and Dr. Lo takes time to explain all aspects of the exam. There is a wide selection of eyewear and the staff is very helpful supporting your needs. My family and I have been patients of Dr Lo for a few years and always enjoy our experience. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr Lo and his team!

Doctor Lo and his staff were very professional, friendly and make you feel very comfortable & welcome. They are very diligent with their cleanliness of their equipment and keeping their patients safe. His staff was very helpful and patient with assisting me with choosing frames that best suited me. I will continue to use them for all my future optical needs and would recommend them to anyone.
