Explained to the lady on the phone I have cornea issues and I need urgent care , she didn't mention that they don't cover that surgery and made me book a visit to come see. Doctor , the doctor offered surgery but it has to be out of bucket , and he claimed the insurance won't cover this , not sure why they didn't mention that over the phone before they made come to the clinic and pay the fees for the visit which wasn't covered by the insurance too as they claimed , also asked for the check up images which was done by the doctor at the clinic but they told me I have to pay extra fees for that , not sure why they made me come to the clinic for ? Just to charge me money and leave me with no solution.
I don't recommend this place to anyone looking for advanced eye care this place is just a fancy clean clinic.

National City location.Front desk staff to back office staff and the Drs. All treated me with respect and awesome attitude. Don't let this place slide if you have questions of your eyes. All my questions were answered and understood everything. The guy who does the testings and pictures he was awesome and thorough and his Injection into the vein skills are awesome didn’t feel a thing. He uses a lot of equipment his skills are on point. Definitely coming back, referring my family and friends. This place is just good. Hard to find places like this.
