Had my annual eye exam and for the first time in 20 years I got contacts that I could’ve easily put in my eye. Always struggled with that. Dr too the time to find a product tat worked for me. Staff was nice and I was in and out in no time!

Terrible place to buy glasses, totally unprofessional personal especially Kim Botsford. I spent a lots of money to buy frames and lenses at this place and then I made a warranty claim they refused to stand behind the warranty which is two years from the day of purchase. See you in court soon!

The doctor is everything!!!! Best prescription ever. Crisp! Very funny too.

I have had several eye exams there and they are always very thorough and the doctor is very caring. I have to get my eyes checked every couple of months and they always do a great job there. I highly recommend them and will continue to go there.

Mom has dementia, she is seeing double, and with her other health issues it was recommended she see an ophthalmologist, this center was referred to us, I called and was impressed that I could get Mom in on January 31. The appointment was 10 am. We got there before 10, but the appointment was over 2 hours. Seems this center likes to overbook patients and then have them wait depending on their arrival. If I’d know it would take so long, I would have showed up at 8 am and waited, like at the DMV. I was told over the phone 10 am was the opening time, but they didn’t make clear there were other patients scheduled at 10 and you have to ‘stand in line’ Not all of us have the time to sit in an office that long. Please be considerate of patients time, and what they have going on before and after their appointment. Moms eyesight was tested and all they could say was being her back if it gets worse. For that amount of time, I’ll go somewhere else.

The nurse/eye doctor assistant was unfriendly and not hospitable. No hello, how are you?. Just blink, look up, look down, don’t move, wait in reception. Doctor was pushy, asking questions demanding quick answers. Not terrible, but overall, little concern for the patient. After eyes dilated, pretty hard to see in the bright sun. Luckily I had my own sunglasses to fit over my glasses.

Great place with great people!
