Prices are very reasonable and Luis was very nice. We needed to make an adjustment after we got the glasses and he was super accommodating. Highly recommend.

To get to this place we have to drive about an hour, it is definitely worth it, the person who attends us is very kind, attentive and kind, not to mention that the products they sell are of very good quality, with a price within everyone's reach . I bought my glasses and I liked them a lot. A week we returned for my mother's glasses also, we are very grateful and blessed for such an excellent service, it is worth driving an hour, we recommend the service one hundred percent.

It’s been 2 weeks since I went but they were very helpful. I had broken my glasses and I needed new ones asap, I heard about this place and gave it a try. They had many options both inexpensive and others a bit more pricey, I got my new glasses in under an hour!!! I will definitely come back soon for another pair.

I went to various eyeglasses place, and this one by far is the best. The young gentleman who attended me was extremely friendly and helpful. They have the best prices I have seen on glasses for people with a budget. I ended up getting two glasses. I also had some previous frames that I loved but it was a discontinued model of frames. He also said that he could replace the lenses. The transitional lenses he put on my frames are amazing. They get really dark. The other frame I got I loved as well and the time I placed the order, they were ready in ONE HOUR! (that's amazing) except for transitional it takes a day which is still good. I could not find a frame I liked in the other eyeglass places like I did in this one. I would certainly recommend this place. The only con I will say that they do not accept insurance yet until the end of the year. But its kind of hard to argue with them with great prices.

Love this place and a great service from Luis. Very helpful for being my first time and ended up going back to buy a pair of sunglasses, will be going back to get another pair soon. I had my 2 pairs the next morning instead of waiting 2 weeks from other places.

This place has its own lab so waiting period to get your glasses minimal. They fix or replace your frames. Customer service is phenomenal. Luis Silva great guy helps you in the best way he can.

Found them online. Went in with my frames tk have lenses made. Luis answered all my questions. When they were ready I picked em up. Very pleased with the great and quick service. Nice family owned business. Nice size parking for the multiple businesses on the lot. You are able to make a left when you exit across Van Nuys so that you can go north. During high traffic times, I would recommend making a right out of the business's parking lot.

I have gotten glasses on 2 separate occasions and it has always been a wonderful experience! Never have I been to a place where you can get new glasses ready in as little as an hour. Owner is such an attentive person and provides unbelievably amazing service.

I stumbled across this place truly by accident, and I'm sure glad I did! I walked in Inquiring about costs and insurance and the gentleman who assisted me was extremely helpful and knowledgeable enough to make me a customer! the service was fast and reasonably priced and I hope to become a long time customer for years to come.

A close friend of mine recommended AV's service and told me that she gpt new glasses and said they were a little expensive. When I asked what she paid I almost couldn't believe it. The prescription and frames I had weren't covered by my insurance for 2018 and my old pair were way past use. I called and talked with Luis, who was very helpful when I gave him the quote from my optometrist. Luis had me e-mail him my prescription and his quote was $130 cheaper. I live in Long Beach and even though I could have spared myself a long train and bus ride and gone to Lakewood, I wanted to give Luis my business and honor my friend's referral. It was way worth the trip. Luis fitted me with a great pair of glasses within two days after my first visit. I already have had some compliments about how nice they look on me. AV is a retailer and doesn't have to send anything out. This is the best pair of glasses I've ever worn.

I have two pairs of glasses made here, one progressive and one for reading, I am completely satisfied. The service is excellent and the quality of work exceptional.
