On July 7th I had a pleasant experience and smooth process with the help of Stephanie. She gave me great advice and assisted me on the best options on which lenses and frames suited me. Fastest time I’ve ever received glasses in just 2 days! They fit perfectly, look stylish, and were budget friendly. I selected a thinner version lens for aesthetics and also went ahead with the scratch/glare/smudge resistant lens-totally worth it. This is the happiest I’ve been in a long time with my new lightweight glasses! I definitely recommend Stephanie to all current and new customers as she is very kind, patient, and professional!
P.S. This is the first time I’ve ever written a review on Google I just couldn’t pass up on doing it.

If you’re looking for service and nice people do not go here!!! I’ve never been so insulted in my life walked in this morning…. I was coming in to have a pair of my glasses redone, I’ve been coming here for years the woman/girl at the counter was so rude!! I couldn’t even believe it I walked in without a mask, I said I didn’t have one.
If you want people to wear masks which I totally understand you should have a box of masks for your customers when they walk in. Shame on you!! I run a business also and we have masks for people to put on if they don’t have them.
I just went down the block on Bell Blvd to Eyes on Bell and ordered my new lens and frames $875.00 and they had masks at the entrance and amazing customer service.
