I am extremely pleased here with the service and the value. My optometrist was very informative and it seems like she really thoroughly checked my eyes. The eyecare club is an excellent value. And the general manager Jeremy gave me a ton of helpful information about eye health and helped me get my order correct so I could be in the most comfortable lenses possible. I come here as long as I live in Salt Lake!

Terrible customer service in Milcreek Ut. They sent me several reminders about my appointment but when I got there, I waited several minutes before anyone acknowledged me. The person at the reception desk was on the phone. The other two people that worked there having personal conversation. My appointment was at 10 am and I didn’t see the doctor until 10:20. Then they told me they didn’t accept my insurance. I told them I had gotten their info from the insurance company. Made me pay for prescription. I called insurance company from my car. The insurance company said they were in network turned out the person in charge of American Best didn’t update their program. He did reimburse me but was very rude about it.American Best is not the best. Go to Standard Optical. I went there with my granddaughter and they had excellent Customer Service .

The staff at this America's Best location are unbelievably friendly. When I got a new prescription they spent a long time going over all of the different options and prices for different types of bifocals. Tonight I can barely express my gratitude for the way they went above and beyond to help me get safe eclipse viewing glasses for my family. I called right before closing time after trying 8 other stores without any luck and they made sure I would still be taken care of. As a husband and father, to have community partners like America's Best in this neighborhood is an absolute godsend. It is such a comfort to know that other people are nearby who will go out of their way to help look after my family. Thank you!!!!!
