I have gotten used to VERY awkward trips to the eye doctor over my years with ocular issues, so that’s what I was expecting when I came in for a last minute appointment today but it was great! I was in the waiting room for less than two minutes before Nicole brought me back for my pre-exam (unheard of before, and it was the best time I’ve ever had with a pre-exam! She was very kind and super enjoyable to speak with!) and the tech who helped with the remote Dr was very good at giving directions and answering my questions. Once I was done in the back, Sherice helped me pick out and ring up some frames, and even called up my insurance to make sure of the details for my coverage. 10/10 will be back for my next exam!

I had a prescription filled and bought Oakley frames at America's Best in Hampton, VA. I Received a text that they were ready and when I get there, I can't read fine print. So, the glasses were re-measured and I was told they'll be ready in 7-14 days. I went there today, and same thing..I can't read fine print and everything is a blur. Technician started bending the frame in an attempt to adjust the glasses..I was completely amazed by that. I then asked for a refund. Unprofessional, can't fill prescriptions properly, a complete waste of time. I'll never go there again..

I went by to follow up on my contacts trials since my previous location never called, I was helped by a girl with cute red space buns named Sherice. She was not only able to help resolve my issue but she even gave me a printed copy of my prescription. She was super nice and you could tell she was on her A game. While waiting for her to call D other location, other employees greeted me and asked if I needed help as well. Overall, 10/10 customer service.
