They are pretty nice and kept a decently clean store. However as i was sitting in on my Fiancee's online exam, things were going great but the online dr didn't seem to care he couldn't tell the difference between an O and C on the chart. He hasn't called or spoken to anyone yet about it because he works full time. His new glasses are due to be ready soon. It just eats at me that we paid almost 400$ for everything and he can't see as sharp as he would like. He would never have known he missed a letter if I hadn't of been there watching.

I would not recommend America's best. The doctor was rude and did not give me the right prescription. I was given sample contacts and told to try them for a few days. I called back and told them they were not strong enough. They said no problem come in the next day I didn't need an appointment. I have 3 kids so had gotten a babysitter for the original visit and then the day I called and they told me to come in without an appointment. When I arrived they told me I could not be seen that day. I could go to their Winston office 40 minutes away. I said I have already driven an hour today I am not going that far away. I had to schedule another appointment for the next week and couldn't get another babysitter so had to take my 3 kids. I had to go through a complete new eye exam and they said if I hadn't paid to join their club I would have had to pay for another exam as well. Needless to say I will never go back to this place and don't recommend it to anyone.

From PA to NC I have never had a bad experience with anyone that works at an America's best. They are always very kind and very helpful. I did have to schedule an appointment about a month out but that's not their fault. Oliver helped me get my glasses shaped to my face nice and snug. I've been wearing glasses for over 10 years and he gave me some info on care and maintenance that no one had bothered to share before. I love my new glasses. Thank you Oliver!!!
