If I could rate lower, I would. I purchased my prescription glasses from here. The left arm broke completely off. I stopped in to get a replacement. I was told they don't keep spare parts around. I was referred to a competitors location. America's Best? False advertising.

I have been going to this location for several years now. They are always courteous and the Dr’s are thorough. Today I needed glasses and contacts and the General Manager worked with me to get the best deal and fit for my face. I’m always grateful for their kind service.

So, this is tough one. Based on my 1st two interactions/visits to this AB location, I was going to rate it 1 star. The CS was not good at all which unfortunately resulted I me returning my one pair of lens after one day bc they didn't fit my face and looked off. Also, when picking up my order one pair was wrong (need to go back to pick up plus wait another 10-14 days) and no apologies issued. Doc was good but overall customer service of the front house staff was not good at all. Then on my return visit, I met Andrea. She totally assisted in me rating this location higher. She was great! Very helpful, kind/friendly, and informative. She went out of her way to assist me and did so with a smile. She also apologized for the issues prior. You need to hire more Andreas!
