Edit: I have increased my rating and may increase more after speaking with Janette the manager. She told me to come in today to pick out my frame and ask for her. So long as I can find a frame I like and have a pleasant experience with her today I will be improving my rating. New edit: Janette took very good care of me making sure I had something I would be happy with for my wedding day. If you have any issues at this store rest assured she will do her absolute best to make it right. I highly suggest that you use a different company, never had these issues with their competitor but unfortunately their competitors don’t have locations in the high desert. After ordering glasses in October I found after I picked them up that the lens was falling out. (See photo) I got it in and thought I was good. Wrong. The lab tightened the frame too tight and a few months later I had stress fractures on my lens. When I took them in I was told by workers, yes the lab over tightened and these are stress fractures. Not your fault. I get migraines and asked if I could keep the frame and have them just cut new lenses since they were only about 3 months old and they should have the dimensions. I was told that was fine. Again wrong. They called me and told me I needed to drop off my frame so after fighting to get contacts because I had no back up glasses, I did and waited over a week with no call. I called and was told they’re not in then stopped by only to find out they lost my frame. I was told I could get a cheaper frame for free which I told them wasn’t okay because they lost my frame. Finally I got approval from a district manager to get a frame AT THE SAME PRICE as my frame that they lost. As if they were doing me a service. Not only have I had migraines for the past week but my wedding is approaching and I’m not even sure the glasses will be in in time. When I told the assistant manager that this would be the last time I give them business the response was “No worries!” I figured a business would be some what worried when they mess up and lose a customer… Avoid this place like the plague. It’s not worth the headache to deal with them.

My husband received excellent service from Dr. Ishida with his eye exam. Scheduled the night before online while other eye doctors were months out. Ethan was charming and knowledgeable as frames and lenses were purchased. Definitely recommend!

Ethan was so good and helpful and very nice. The eye glasses were very nice and so much to choice from. My husband was the one who went and had his eyes examined but I will be going next. Thank you Ethan like I said I gave him a 10
