From the time I entered the store I knew it was going to be a good visit when Cathy greeted me with, "Can I help you?" That is what started my wonderful day at America's Best store. After registering I was sent back for my eye exam which went so well due to the staff who were friendly and most helpful assisting me when testing my eye sight with the special equipment. After that I met Andrew, who was so knowledgeable in this field, made picking out eye ware frames, and then selecting the lens types I needed for my proper vision needs very easy. I would highly recommend America's Best Contact & Glasses to anyone who is need of an eye exam or in need or new glasses and frames. Cal

Only the person that checked me in was nice. The doctor refused to do what I asked of him after asking twice. Kara although very helpful, treats you like you never have purchased glasses before. The person that performed the pre-check was so robotic and did not seem like she likes her job. I asked what my copay was before any check-up and I was told $10 only to be charged $60. I should have been told my insurance would not cover the exam for another 30 days, I could have waited.Thanks America's Best....Not

Had a couple of problems with getting the lenses correct. Lexia was able to find the mistakes and had them corrected. Without her, l would have asked for my money back and went to a different place. She was very helpful and even remembered my name when I returned. She explained what had happened in the past and how it could be corrected. The lenses were redone. She installed made a couple of adjustments, night and day.
