I had great customer service from Carla… she worked very hard through my particularities and frustrations to help me find my insurance it took her like 15 minutes …because i had like no info… and Donica handled the sale with grace ! I ended up paying less for 2 glasses I really loved !!! So happy this Friday night !

I had an EXCELLENT experience here and can't wait to come back for my yearly exam! The whole team went out of their way to figure out my insurance which was originally giving them issues. Evon was super helpful and friendly and made the testing experience easy and -dare i say! - fun, thanks to his positive energy. I also overheard him handling a difficult customer call with patience and compassion, which was great to see. Dr. Matthew was fast, kind, and explained everything in super easy to understand terms. Shena helped me pick frames that I feel great in while being honest and Danika made checking out super easy!! I loved the range of frame options and price options. 11/10 experience overall :)

This is a really awesome place to get your glasses! Dr. Matthew did a wonderful job with my prescription! I haven’t been able to see this well in years! So much better than another America’s Best location I went to. The front desk service is also very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend.
