Cindy, the Store Manager, provided excellent customer service. Indeed, she was attentive to my parents needs and was so sensitive to their cultural background. Even though Cindy did not understand my parents (Haitian Creole) language, she showed them grace as she patiently waited for me to translate for them. The entire staff was very polite.
