I was a bit skeptical about coming into this particular location because of the reviews. I had my initial appointment rescheduled and was going to cancel today's but something told me to go in and form my own opinion! I'm glad I followed my gut, we received nothing but superior customer service from the moment we stepped through the door. The young ladies at the front desk were friendly, the O.D. Kimberly Dreuitt was friendly and patient as well. The guy I checked out with David was helpful and informative when it came to deciding on whether or not to purchase the no line progressive lenses or the lines bifocals. I had purchased a pair of no line progressives from another Eyewear place 2 years ago and they didn't take the time to explain anything to me as a first time bifocal wearer. I informed David that I had a brand new pair that I wasn't happy with and he took the time to explain how to get used to them. He saved me time and money, I will try to get used to the previous pair for now and am sure I'll be happy with the reading glasses that I purchased today. America's Best will be my new home when it comes to eyewear from now on!

Service was fine but you have to wait FOREVER just to checkout, regardless of if you are purchasing a pair of glasses. I came for vision checkup and my prescription and was serviced promptly and professionally. Then told I had to wait after the lobby full of people to checkout (pay) and get my prescription. The guy told me it was gonna be a while after acknowledging I just wanted to pay and leave. Very inconvenient and inconsiderate circumstance they have designed for their customers. Now I sit… and wait…

Had by far the best experience seeing an optometrist on my most recent visit here. The staff was welcoming and worked thru my appointment in a timely fashion. David took the time to break down my benefits package and gave me some pointers on how to maximize my spending and need. Great job and thank you.
