My initial experiences at America's Best Contacts and Eyeglasses highlighted their excellent product range and value, which stood out despite the somewhat reserved demeanor of the staff. However, on my latest visit on November 9th, 2023, despite the frustration of a lengthy wait, the service I received was notably commendable. The professional who assisted me with selecting new frames was genuinely friendly, providing a level of service that was both warm and neighborly without being overbearing. This positive interaction has significantly enhanced my perception of their customer service.

I made an appointment at the wrong location. They hooked me up right there, and I had a Great Dr! The most lovely lady ordered my glasses...Brenda. This was my 2nd time, I'm so stuck on America's Best!!!

Whom ever the old black lady is sitting when you come in is rude and seems to need to find a job she actually likes. Another staff member was very informative and professional. I however will not return to this location you don’t get calls that your orders are ready nor does anyone call you back as they stated, and calling their last week someone just picked the phone up and hung up. I have zero patience with spending over 500 for orders and deal with the lack of professionalism and the rude bobble head at the front
