My Father- in- law recently had a stroke, and fell during the stroke, breaking the frames of his glasses. I took his broken glasses to Holland, OH America's Best location and told the receptionist of my issue. The GM, Katie Mills, overheard my situation, and pulled me aside. She took my Father in laws glasses and attempted to do a quick fix, but was unable. She said she was now on mission, and completely replaced the frames at no cost! Who does this anymore? Katie and Americasl's Best does! Talk about going over and above! Kudos!

I was in the store when a difficult customer was being taken care of by a young lady named Sherry. She handled the customer with professionalism and then afterwards seemed to be a bit distressed. I have been in customer service and I hope Sherry doesn't take the matter personally. She seems like a good kid and deserves respect from the public. Keep up the good work kiddo. 👏

The staff there are really friendly! I went to the location in Holland Ohio and I was in a panic because I lost all of my contacts in my travel there and since I am from out of state I wasn’t sure if I was able to get my prescription with no issues. They were able to get me in and out right away! Highly recommend this location!
