First off I would like to say. I come to this location because it is very convenient for me. They are usually very helpful and polite when I come in. I am a truck driver so I called over the phone to order some glasses. The older lady who answers the phone Told me that I couldnt do that over the phone. So one of the other ladies took over the call.First off she was Wrong and second. Her attitude was nasty. They were supposed to call me when my glasses came in. Which they didn't but okay. Now today my husband called over the phone for a receipt. By the way, which was not in the bag? What was in the bag was my eye prescription. She answered the phone again with a nasty attitude and not knowing what she's talking about again . And said we couldn't get a copy of the receipt. Telling him that they gave me a copy already. So one of the other ladies In the office took over the call And told us that we could come pick The copy up. I'm not understanding even if I did get one. Why couldn't I get another one if i needed one I paid for the glasses.All I'm saying is if you want people to come back. Maybe you should stop having her answer the phone. Because her customer service Sucks.

My experience was awesome! My technician went above and beyond to make my eyeglasses perfect. Katendra, I hope I spelled her name right. She went above and beyond to to make my purchase just right, even going as far as to taking my eyeglasses to the Macedonia location to have tint applied. I can’t think her enough. Now I’m a customer for life.

Will provided excellent care! That is why I am giving 5 stars but to be honest not for the whole store in general. I could not adjust to my new progressive lenses that I picked up a couple of weeks ago. The person who helped me that time basically put them on my face and made minor adjustments and sent me on my way despite telling her multiple times this is the first time I’ve ever used progressive lenses. She said “ you will get used to them”. Thank goodness for Will when I went back. He took one look and said they were not even properly fitted on my face so of course I would be struggling with them! He took a lot of time and adjusted the glasses and they are so much better! He is always kind and patient. He also checked on the status of my daughters contacts that we have been waiting 4 weeks for, despite after multiple calls and another girl checking before Will helped me. I was continually told they were not in yet. He found them and said that they were in separate bags and never put together to show the order was complete. He deserves much kudos and a raise for having the best customer service. In the future I will ask for him to assist me as he does not make you feel like you are bothering him and makes you feel like he cares about the customer and business!
