I've had an eye exam and gotten glasses here, as well as taken my two sons for eye exams and gotten glasses for one of them (several pairs now actually, because he keeps breaking them). Everyone has been helpful and nice to us each time we've been here. I want sure at first about going to a chain for eye care, but it's been a pleasant experience. Each time, or glasses were promised to arrive in two weeks and it's been much faster each time.

I may not be the best judge of glasses price. Disclaimer! My insurance covered $300 for glasses, let me start over. Appointment was made very easy online and I got there on time, the provider of my exam was an older Dr. who was very efficient, so from the time of check in to the time I got my exam completed was about 30 minutes. The technician who assisted me was a young lady and she was very helpful and with good service. We chose two frames and went back to get the prices and discounts and everything sorted out so I can be on my merry way to get my pizza for lunch. Price - $280 (or so) that is with a $300 discount on the Ray Ban and 40% discount on the second pair. I believe that the frames are the expensive parts, I could be wrong. I looked at the TV commercial and saw two pairs for $79, I think that those are there but any thing extra the price goes up up up. Two weeks later, my glasses came and I picked them up, that process was very quick and the service was good. I really was surprised by the prices of glasses, this was the first time I am buying glasses because I normally get a free pair at the VA. Bottom line I was educated on glasses price and now I will take good care of the two that I have, next time I might have to go back to the VA and get me a free pair, it may not be as cool but damn! $280 with a $300 discount on one pair and 40% discount on the other. I still believe that I must be nuts to pay that much. Anyway I like my new glasses and I will feel good wearing them for a while.

Worst service ever! I ordered my daughter contact lenses and was told it would take a week and a half. Here it has now been almost four weeks and still nothing. When I called today I was told that they have been "taking longer" than normal to come from manufacturer. Well would have been nice to know at the time they were ordered don't you think. The staff was very rude and condescending when I inquired as to what I'm supposed to do for my daughter . I will definitely NEVER do business with this company nor would I recommend them to anyone
