I had a great experience at my eye exam. I was in and out very quickly. Everyone in the office was friendly and offered suggestions that helped me make choices easily. The staff at this location really made my day.

The people here are amazing. Always can get squeezed in for an appointment day of. Their eye care club is fantastic, but they also accept all types of vision insurance

I wouldn’t normally be giving 5 starts because my glasses just didn’t work for me. I literally cried on the way home because I could NOT see. The bifocal “line” was too high. I called them and they said “Wear them for one week and if you still don’t like them (aren’t used to them) come back and we will refund them!” I waited about 5 days and couldn’t stand it anymore. I went to get a refund and the manager was very kind. She said “Let us try to make this right! Let’s pick out another frame and do your bifocal a little lower and if you don’t like these new ones, I’ll give you your money back!” Note: My bifocal line was TECHNICALLY in the correct spot but I need mine lower than that. They took up a lot of time to make me happy and didn’t charge me for the new pair. I’m waiting now to see how they work but I feel confident that they will work with me if I need them too.
