Pros: convenient business hours, friendly and helpful staff, great communication about appointment times, and wide selection of eyeglasses and contacts at really reasonable prices. Had a very wonderful experience with America's Best over the past month. I've used other chain stores that shuffled you in and out as quickly as possible, but here I felt like everyone was invested in making sure I was happy and well taken care of. At the first appointment, the ladies at the front desk helped me work through figuring out my insurance info. The tech was personable and efficient. The doctor answered various questions I had about the changes in my vision. Then, Donna was incredibly helpful in getting me my eyeglasses ordered, insurance worked out, future appointments set, and just generally friendly and chatty. When I got to pick my glasses up a week later, they were willing to make all the adjustments I needed until I felt that the fit and look was perfect. Lastly, the final appointment to follow-up for my contacts was quick and painless: they confirmed the fit and my preference for that brand, Donna helped me order for the year, and life is now great!

Wow, where do I start, I went to three other eyeglass places before I landed here at American best, they took a copy of my prescription and sat me down with Kayla, she really went above and beyond, answeranswer all my questions did not be around on pricing she told me straight up and took her time to help me and my wife out, I really liked how comfortable I felt. I definitely recommend them and ask for Kayla.

Donna was such a good help! If you need help looking for frames she’ll definitely assist. Also, if it’s busy you’re gonna wait at least 15-20 minutes after your scheduled eye exam time but other than that it’s a breeze!
