She’s so knowledgeable very friendly and was very patient w me she was able to explain was was best for me (anti reflective she showed me the difference between having it and not having it and it does makes a big difference) she helped me make up my mind and selected the best frame that fits my face. I had a GREAT time in this location! Everything is so nice and clean. I got the 2 pair of glasses deal and one of them was on sale so I got a better deal that what I was looking for! Everyone was so nice and kind <3. Catherine the technician, throughout the whole process she explained to me what will happen next! Nick the sales representative, was so helpful, giving his advice in what should be better in my eye lenses. Dr. Rahna Grindahl was very professional and explained everything to me and gave advice in how to keep my eyes healthy! I will definitely will be coming back and recommend this location to others. Overall, I will give this place 10/10 if I could :)

Nowadays, you can't find good customer service but Nick was sooo genuinely kind, patient, helpful & his customer service skills are STELLAR! I was having a stressful day but his positive happy personality really made me smile and feel like I wasn't just another number. He answered all of my questions & he seems to sincerely care about each patient. To sum it up, I LOVED the service & this will be my new spot for my glasses going forward.
