Uncaring and unprofessional. I purchased glasses and contacts on the same day from this location. When the glasses came in I expressed concern that they didn't feel like the right prescription and I couldn't see very well and was brushed off my the man that helped me, he just said wait a couple weeks and it'll be great. I waited a few weeks and called to ask about it because they still weren't right. I was just told to keep waiting to adjust. As of this review my contacts still haven't arrived and it's been 2 months. At this point I've just accepted this as a lesson learned to not deal with this location ever again.

My eye exam went smooth, the doctor was very thorough, the assistant who got me checked in was great- I ordered 3 pairs of glasses. They all look and feel amazing. Wilson was professional and kind. I didn’t have a long wait and it was very busy on a Saturday. They told me my glasses would arrive within two weeks- they arrived in 9 days- early. I couldn’t be happier with my experience in its entirety. Thank you!

Horrible customer service. Was stuck in traffic on my way to my appointment so I called ahead to make sure It was going to be okay for me to be seen. They said they would make sure I could get seen since I called ahead. When I arrive I was told that I cannot be seen, and that whoever I spoke to on the phone lied to me. I drove 20 minutes to get to my appointment! I am extremely disappointed and will be taking my business else where.
