This place has the best customer service! I took my favorite sunglasses in to see if they could fix the nose pad and tighten them up and Lia was more than happy to do it for me! And then they didn’t even charge me and said it was just complimentary! What? Wow, so much friendliness and weren’t bothered at all for spending so much time fixing them and expecting nothing in return. I’m super impressed and a great start to my day!

Awesome EXPERIENCE 👌 👏. I made an appointment for my daughter's new glasses. They were friendly as soon as i walked in. They gave us a basket were to put the glases she would like and a red one to put the ones she was trying on for then to clean them. A girl name Michelle came and got us for her test. Very friendly super patient. After that we talk to the eye doctor Loren Manio. Wow she is so informative, very knowledgeable super caring and understanding. I was really pleased with her service. Last we went to look for her glases Stephanie helped us with that proses. She also was very polite, and friendly. Everything was like on the dot we didn't wait at all. They were very effective on executing the appointment on schedule. Great customer service 👏 highly recommend this place. Michelle, Loren Manioand Stephanie were awesome. Tha k u for making my little girl feel good. We r back on 08/7/23 stephani still help us. Great service

I've always been please with America's Best EXCEPT with one location. It was so many bad experiences, and thought that it was the only location near me so I was ready for a change, today we happened to be near this office and my husband needed contacts ASAP so we give it another chance and I am so glad I did. The staff was great, very helpful, accommodating, informative, and overall nice and professional, plus the store was spotless, no dust or trash, even their desks were clean and clear. Thank you Gioia and the receptionist (sorry didn't get you name) you guys rock and made us feel welcome. 😉 @americasbestcontactsandeyeglasses better keep this employee's happy because they make a difference.
