Went in for just an exam to get an updated prescription so I could order special contacts for a performance and ended up being there for over 3 hours. At the 3 hour marker, when I thought the I was finally going to get my prescription and be able to leave, I was informed that my prescription will not be done until I come back to pick up the trial lenses the doctor wanted to switch me to. I was not informed of that rule while in the office with the doctor. This added to not only the ridiculous amount of time that I was in there, but was also incredibly frustrating to find this out when I think this is finally coming to end. I would not recommend this location unless you have an entire day to spare because you won’t be getting out of here in a timely manner.

Wonderful customer service at America’s Best! I was greeted and taken care of at the start of coming in. Julius was very helpful and took care of my son’s broken glasses in a timely manner. I was in and out in less than 15 mins. Wonderful service. Thank you✨

Everyone was extremely pleasant, helpful and patient with everyone that came in. It was fairly busy on a Wednesday after 2pm. The associate, Sherri, was very knowledgeable, pleasant and helpful as well as quick. We were “walk in” customers and had a prescription from another provider. We did not have the eye exam done here so I cannot speak to that part of the business. All in all we spent about an hour most of which was spent picking out 2 eyeglass frames. That was the hardest part! The price for 2 pair of glasses with several lens upgrades was very reasonable. I’ve spent way more for 1 pair with less upgrades! Thank you, Americas Best!
