Excellent care, customer, service and price! What really stood out to me was the customer service that Travis had provided! I felt that he went above and beyond to help me feel comfortable on trying different pairs of glasses instead of rushing me out the door…he made sure I felt comfortable, confident and happy with my choices!
Dr Osvaldo was also great in explaining the results to me from my eye exam. I have already recommended to my coworker and will likely be back with my kids! :)

I've been using America's Best on Belt line for a few years now. Every time I go, everyone is so friendly and helpful. The exam plus 2 sets of glasses for a reasonable price... The excellent customer service is the cherry on top! I went in today to get my glasses adjusted, and Bren spent a good 15 minutes adjusting every little bit of the frames over and over for me until they felt comfortable on my head. She did so with a smile on her face and assured me it was no big deal to have to keep adjusting. I very much appreciated the time she took to make sure everything fit correctly. I wish all customer service lived up to that level. I'd also like to mention that Travis took the time to help me find the most comfortable frames for my face when I was in a month ago for the exam. Get rid of your vision insurance and just go to America's Best! They really are... The best!

My on line appointment was so easily arranged, and I was promptly seen. The staff was very polite and courteous. Royce saw a screen shot I took with glasses I selected with their on line “virtual” tool, and he was able to go grab the exact pair off of the rack. He showed me many options for the glasses with prices, and I went with an upgraded pair compared to my last glasses, from another optometrist, and they were over $200 cheaper! This is my new optician!
