The young lady at the front desk on 10.27.23 at 1:30pm was amazing. She did an amazing job with my glasses, gave me the proper case and made me feel so welcome! Great job!!!!

From check-in to payment, every single employee there was friendly, happy, and kind. Dr. McKinnon and Jordan were especially great! Dr. McKinnon took time to answer my "I'm just curious" questions and shared some additional eyesight knowledge with me. Jordan listened to my frames preferences and found a couple that I am really excited about! I will recommend this location (12 Mile in Southfield) to anyone who asks.

Walked in only to ask a few questions, and Brianna noticed my current glasses were crooked and falling off my face. Before leaving the store she asked if she could please adjust my frames to fit my face.
That was very thoughtful of her, and I’m glad she noticed because I’ve been wearing them like this for months. Now they’re fitting and more comfortable to wear. I appreciate her lots
