Mr Terry, Asst Mngr was amazing! He trained my daughter on her 1st pair of contacts! Very patient and professional and he made her feel comfortable. She left the store with the biggest smile! She said, "they were so nice and friendly." Truly amazing experience for her. Excellent staff and super friendly! We are customers for life!

Hands down one of the best customer service experiences. Princy was so helpful and answered all my questions. Genuinely felt cared for. And McKenzie checked us out and she was the most patient person. So grateful that this place has the best employees.

It was a great experience coming here! They have great selection, big variety of frames and it was easy to find a pair we liked. My daughter is even pickier and she found two frames at a great price!! We are very satisfied and appreciate Necy’s excellent customer service!
