Poor communication within the office. I was there for a contact prescription, but they failed to make it known to Dr. I was asked several times what i was there for and made it clear several times. I ended up waiting for over an hour and was called up to try on glasses. Very unhappy with service, then the Dr was out to lunch so I could not get contacts I needed. I was not aware there were no contacts on site to try to make sure fit was correct. I will not be returning to do my exams here any more. I want to be serviced like any other optical office where I leave with my new contacts on for trial, not wait for them in the mail.

I am posting this review and maybe America's Best will acknowledged people's input and make some changes. I have gone to them a few times and everytime my experience has not been good. The doctors always seem to be rushing because they book so many people and are rushing to get you out so they can get the next person in. When I've had questions I feel like I can't ask because they seem rushed. I have gone back because I thought maybe it was just that particular doctors but "no", I happened again. Also the last time one of the girls there was extremely rude. They need to train and tell their workers that if they can not be nice to people, then don't work at a place where you have to deal with customers.

Ashley the receptionist has excellent customer service! She is very kind, polite and very helpful. There were many customers in store and she took the time to help each and every one of them with a warm smile. She represents a great example of how customer service should be🙂 …
