Been using this store for years. Both of my cheap glasses broke at the same spot within a couple weeks of each other. Knew I had a warranty, guy told me expired a couple of weeks ago, no attempt at repair or reconciliation. Offered to schedule another appointment, respectfully declined, told him I was disappointed with service within the managers earshot, got an “okay,” as a response. Employee turnover is probably telling, always new faces, the glasses quality is terrible regardless of the chosen price range, and despite getting warranties, they always weasel out of them. I’ll be visiting literally any other vision service.

After using America's Best for over 20 years, I will never ever go back again. All the affordable glasses in the world do not makeup for their lack of staffing, scarcity of appointments and time of development for glasses. We live in a world where customer service is basically a thing of the past, but the only reason I still used America's best is because they fit in my time. Now. None of them will take walk-ins! I'm just done giving my money to businesses who give me less and less service yet still want the same profits or actually more profits

Turnover of employees is very high. They try to treat customers, but only if you are there in person. They do push the retina scan, which insurance won't pay – at least mine did not. Wait time for a person on the phone is longer than 15 minutes. Callbacks just don't happen. Also, corporate charges 19% for additional services, like high-index lenses. Since when do we have a VAT tax in the US like in Europe? They hide excessive charges in small print at the bottom of the page with some mumbo jumbo language. Even the store employees can't figure out the verbiage. Will look for another brand store to get my glasses done. I don't want that much of a headache just to get glasses.
