The staff was very friendly. The front desk lady was super welcoming and Bella was so sweet and entertaining as we waited for the doctor to start the virtual appointment. We sat there for a few minutes talking until the doctor started the call. Jasmine helped me with the checkout process and was super nice and even helped me retrieve my account that I forgot I had with the company. Super nice staff and experience all over. Thank you for the welcoming atmosphere :)

I love my glasses. I arrived 30 minutes early and they had no problem beginning the process. I’m young and never had glasses so I went in not knowing what I wanted or what to do. Everyone was helpful and understanding that I also had budget. I loved the virtual experience and the associates were very engaged in my service. My glasses were actually ready in a week and a half I still had about 6 more days. I’m in love PS if you’re from the 252 area bring these ladies some American cookies from the mall I heard they’re a favorite ❤️

My wife has been a member with America's Best for several years and she went to the Knightdale location today to have her eye exam done so that she could get her prescription (Our Toddler son broke her glasses, so she needed new ones and had to get an eye exam first). My wife (who is pregnant) was running a few minutes late because she needed to put our son down for a nap so I could continue working in the home office while she went to her appointment. She called ahead of time to say she was running 10 minutes late, and the girl on the phone (Haley) said that it wasn't a problem. My wife arrived 10 minutes late, and had to stand in line for a minute before a very rude receptionist (Not Haley,), told her that she couldn't be seen because she was 1 minute too late. My wife described this lady as a Latina women, and she was very rude and petty, telling Haley that she shouldn't have told my wife that she could come and just acting like she did not care at all about anyone other than herself. This location apparently doesn't have a manager (Geez, I wonder why...), so now my wife has had to make another appointment to go to another location to be seen, which is hard enough to do with our hectic schedules. We will NOT be coming back to this location and recommend nobody else do either.
