Worse pair of glasses I’ve ever purchased. Could hardly see out of them 3 months after purchase. The anti glare and scratch resistant coating is splotchy and looks like the glasses need to be constantly cleaned… was told I didn’t purchase a warranty and I was under the impression they had a year.. Had to wear my old Peale vision glasses till I got my new ones.. lesson learned!

I will never return here. Let me start off by saying, i have an inflamed eye. I got an allergic reaction to some hair dye that i got in my right eye. From excessive rubbing, it became inflamed. I had already spoken with My PCP about it, which is why i made the appointment in the first place. First, they say I’m checked in. I get taken to the waiting room and said someone would be with me shortly. Great. 10 minutes go by, I get a text that my appointment is cancelled. So I walk back to the front, and I was told that I was never checked in. Great. I get checked in and I’m told to go back to the waiting room. 4 people have seen me now. I’m waiting another 15 minutes. Then the same two girls that had seen me before, call my name. Before the door even closes, she asks loudly if I have pink eye. I tell her that I don’t, and she laughs asking the other person what she should do. I’m still standing there like just say I need to reschedule. Then while they’re talking to me, another staff member comes in with another patient and asks to use something. So now there are 6 people in a room while discussing my personal information. The main person who seemed to be so bothered was the one who brought me back so why not say something then instead of me waiting for you to tell me in an non private location. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody unless this is your only option. The only star I give is for the lady with the locs who actually helped get me checked back in.
