I am very happy with the services I have received. The staff is very professional and I always get my glasses and contacts before the expected time of arrival. I went in yesterday because my glasses were broken. I came 20 minutes before closing. The young man was able to fix my glasses and I left 10 minutes before closing. He gave me service with a smile. He acted like my needs were important and treated me with respect. I will be a customer for a long time.

Best experience I've had getting new glasses. The hardest part is always picking out a new pair of frames and Tatiana did an amazing job providing a much needed second opinion and assisting with choosing the best lenses to fit my needs. Can't wait to pick up my new glasses!

Tatiana is the ONLY reason I am giving five stars. Her customer service is absolutely amazing & this company is very lucky to have her. The lady at the check in counter was extremely rude & was telling me that I was late to my appointment. When in fact there was a line when I walked in & was waiting on her. I never received a text message to fill out a questionnaire & they were refusing to see me. I had to ask for a "manager" because none of it made sense. They have you make an appointment with the doctor when in actuality the doctor is virtual & can not offer you have the things the website says is available. I've gotten sooo many pairs of glasses from this particular location & didn't understand why I was being treated so rudely. Thank you Tatiana for listening & helping with our appointment. You are the sole reason we stayed & spent the money within the company, I will make sure to ask for you every time!!
