Don't understand why they have such low rating. Went to the Monterey Park office which is in a brand new shopping center. Everyone was real polite, even in this pandemic. The Optometrist was very good and tested my eyes better than any of my previous Optometrist. I went for the 2 eyeglasses for $69.99 and left paying $69.99 no strings attached took about a week to get them. I recommend this place for anyone without insurance $69.99 for 2 pairs of glasses and testing is a steal.

The Doctors and staff are friendly, knowledgeable and fast! Love how if my glasses need adjusting they take their time and make sure they fit just right! Thank you all

Every single person here it's so professional and polite. I want to say thank you to "Marissa" for helping me with the training on first time using contact lenses, she was very patient, so professional and efficient with the rest of the process. And thank you as well to the Optometrist "Trevor Dao" what a sweet and patient doctor 😭 Highly recommend it
