I was in the 2349 Central Park Ave location last week for and eye exam and a new set of glasses. Milly and Sonia went above and beyond helping me. I had my favorite pair of frames which were broken and discontinued. Milly and the team found a way to fix them!! I was so thankful and I still got a new pair. Sonia helped me pick some great frames. I was able to pick the right cost plan for my insurance. I was so very satisfied with the great customer service.

What can I say about Americans Best!!!
They live by the name ‘BEST’ my glasses are great, service was amazing and on top of everything my glasses come ahead of time… Beautiful ppl… I will recommend this place, friends and family

Optometrist was excellent, unfortunately the communication between staff and I was not. I was told, there was still a wait for my contacts. I called a week after and was told, my contacts were never ordered. I called today and was told, my trial contacts arrived. Why would I need trial contacts, if I already have them. I needed my 6 months supply.
I would rather pay the extra money and go someplace else, where I can get what I want with no lack of communication. Hours have gone by and I’m still waiting for a supervisor to call me back. i no longer will do business with this company.
