Waited over a week for the lenses to arrive only to receive the wrong lenses. They sent my OLD prescription. Weren’t even willing to expedite the correct lenses. Totally absurd considering the lenses were already so much more expensive through here, even when they make a mistake they’re not even willing to eat the faster shipping cost. Manager on the phone gave a couldn’t care less attitude.

I am so incredibly impressed with the Customer Service provided by the America’s Best Team especially Linda! I am not a Client of AB (I am a Veteran) but my Wife is. I went in to see if they can adjust three pairs of glasses for me and they gladly said absolutely! Linda was helpful, professional and friendly. When she completed adjusting my glasses for me ensuring they fit properly I went to pay and they said it was free! I couldn’t believe it and I said please let me pay something for your time. They said no! I then tried to tip Linda and she refused to take it! I was shocked! I thought to myself if they are giving me this amazing free service then their paid services must be off the charts amazing! Thank you Linda and the AB Team for the exceptional service!

The entire staff is welcoming and personable. Peter is always helpful (and patient) assisting with my seleciton of frames and sunglasses. The professionalism and excellent customer service have led me to refer this office to several clients.
