Bought 2 pair Nikes with top of the line lenses-$1200 before insurance. Paid about $650 out of pocket. Need these special progressive lenses, antiglare, and transitions for my TBI. Wore 1 pair (kept the other in the case the whole time)- w in 3 months noticed fine scratches had one pair replaced in 9 months under their 1 year waranty. Wore the new pair for 3 months and scratches again. Wore the 2nd pair and w/in 3 months scratch’s again. I was meticulous with the last 2 pair- always wetted first- stopped using lens wipes since that’s what made a film on the first pair. Used only water and dab of soap and lens cleaning cloth. Asked associate she claimed she has 23 yrs experience gave me typical on liner answers even tho I told her my wife bought a pair at same office and never had an issue. She claimed it was the way I cleaned them. I was meticulous. She offered nothing. Said it was the Antiglare coating, again explained my wife has a pair with Antiglare and she never had an issue. Associate said “oh I’m sure she has scratches too it depend how you hold them in the light”. My point was her glasses don’t have scratches and don’t affect her vision but mine do. She’s had the same pair for 2 years. I’ve gone thru 3 pair in 1.5 yrs. Same old one liners basically insulting my intelligence. No offer to replace or try to fix a thing. Just told me I could get new lenses for one pair for $650. Oh well I tried. Will take my money elsewhere. No customer service or listening. AND since I DID get a replacement for my INITIAL glasses and it’s been less than one year- no offer to replace them again! I wasn’t about to argue or beg. I wasn’t provided any solutions. And the associate never even once offered to “look” at my glasses! Thanks for taking my $1200. For a multi million dollar company I’m surprised there’s no customer service. I’ll shop elsewhere and stay away from any National Vision Brand. I’m assuming I will get a blank statement reply back that your sorry and to reach out to your customer service. I already did at the store- they should be trained to satisfy the customer. With 480 million profit the company should already know how to help the customer.

They were very helpful. The entire staff was very friendly! My 10 yr old son went with me and he highly enjoyed the workers as well! And the price of my exam, extra testing and glasses was very reasonable even without insurance!

The optician, Dr Sharick, was very nice and thorough, and spent a lot of time discussing my eye issues with me. Everyone was very nice and friendly. I was a little confused about the pricing. It should have been a free exam with the purchase of two glasses, which it was, and the two frames should have been $79.99. Something like that. I ended up spending $350. I'm not sure how that happened and I guess one of my frames wasn't in the "cheap" section. I wish they would have explained it to me. I would have gone back to the cheap section and picked out another pair. Or even gotten 2 of the same frame. I'm on Medicaid, nothing was covered by insurance, and I don't really have $350 for glasses. But it's over, can't change it now. Just watch where you're getting your frames from I guess.
