Melinda and Nay gave me wonderful assistance. I was in and out in no time. They were fully aware of all my needs I didn’t even have to ask any questions. I will definitely return and will absolutely recommend my family and friends to go to this location. 5 stars is not enough I wish I could give more

I have a current prescription with America's best. I came in simply to purchase another frame. I got no help while selecting the frames but did not mind. After I was done selecting and ready to purchase, I was asked to sit in the back and wait. After 20 minutes with no one checking in with me, I left. Poor customer service, everyone seemed busy chatting and not helping customers. This experience was 10/5/23 around noon.

While pleasant, I feel this location could use some training in managing customer flow and experience. There should be at least one representative/optician handling patients who there for an exam and nothing more. Having to wait for shopping customers is a waste of time and time is valuable. When you show you value a customer's time you are saying we value them as a patron. A contact exam, appointment made, should not take almost 2 hours. I just wanted to pay for the exam and go. Lean Management would be beneficial for this location and maybe the AB brand overall.
