My experience was very good. I had a few minutes to look at the glasses. Then I was called back and Step 1 of the Eye exam was went smoothly, then visiting with the doctor was painless and Informative. Working with Maricela taking measurements and talking with me about my options was pleasant and professional. The process took a little bit longer than I thought it should However, it was very beneficial and we got it done, and then she took care of my husband.

We’ve gone here for glasses for years, and never had a problem. Today was a big one. Weeks ago- my husband had a broken pair of frames and needed new ones. They had to order new frames in. They never called after the date they said they would be ready, so we showed up today to check on the progress. I guess they forgot or something, because they tried to take a pair off the display and pop his lenses in quickly before we noticed. Then she tried to tell me they hadn’t been on the display, when I saw her… go over and get them from the display. If we bought new frames- I want new frames. Not ones that have been on display! Kids dropping and kicking and stepping on them- not for the money. They had a PRICE TAG on them, so 100% from the display. They were trying to cover that someone didn’t order them or something by giving us used frames. Still lied about it, and didn’t offer a rush or anything. I had to ask for one. Mistakes happen- you don’t have to lie about them. That’s what makes me angry. ‘On one has dropped them or kicked them?’ I can guarantee they have been dropped etc. I’ve accidentally dropped display glasses… it happens. So now we have to wait another week or two for the glasses. We’ll see how that goes- no one even apologized. They acted like we were crazy. Really didn’t appreciate the entire exchange.

Merian was extremely helpful at empathizing with my concerns that I still had not been serviced for my contacts. She made it a priority to make sure I got my contacts and added in an extra trial pair. Great store manager
