The front staff are extremely rude. You can tell they do not like their career path choice. The eye doctor I saw was nice and knowledgeable. Good luck!

Been going to Americas best for a while now. A few weeks ago I went in as I was having issues with my one of my eyes. I was seen by the doctor that said I had an infection but he couldn’t give me a prescription and that I needed to use lubricanting drops. After about 10 days and it not getting better I went to a different eye doctor and I have an ulcer. Will not be going back. Would rather pay higher price for more quality eye care.

Very rude when we walked in. Daughter had an appointment. Was told after filling out info that she couldn’t be seen because of her age. I should have left after hearing how she addressed people on the phone… How she spoke about them with other staff… The eye rolls, the attitude from the “Can I help you?” Like having an appointment was an inconvenience to her.
I have worked primary and specialty care and I never, no matter how short staffed, stressed or whatever; would be or could be rude to patients. My daughter is 10 and even made a comment about it when we got to the car! Horrible service, unfriendly and incredibly rude.
