Dr Patel was very efficient, friendly and thorough with my exam! SERENA did an outstanding job helping me decide on frames and lens types. She was friendly, informative, and an absolute pleasure to work with! I think every business could use an employee like Serena… one that that cares, is compassionate and truly there to give her best for customers! The entire encounter , from the first “hello”, to picking up my glasses, was a GOLD STANDARD of care for service! Where can I start. Well the young lady Jennifer Davis that greeted my wife and myself was very pleasant. She also completed the pre screening prior to us see the eye doctor. She explained everything in detail so we could better understand the process. Then we waited very shortly for our eye exam. The doctor was very professional. She explained how our vision has changed. Then we were sent to choose eyeglasses that we preferred and let me say they have a great amount of eye glasses to choose from that's a plus to me. So time to get fitted and check out. So the expense of two pairs of eyeglasses from America's Best was cheaper than my last set of glasses. The young lady Serena whom had explained when we should receive our new glasses was very kind friendly and knowledgeable. We had spoken briefly with the assistant manager and the manager in which both were very professional and pleasant. So with my experience today with Jennifer and Serena and actually the entire staff at the Westgate Mall America's Best . Were very friendly. So I would recommend this facility to all of my friends ,family and colleagues. They deserve 10 stars !

Omg!!!!! Had the greatest experience picking up my glasses from the Fairview Park location. The Optician was fabulous. Her name is Jennifer btw. Great personality, great conversation, great customer service. Thank you so much for making me feel human instead of all the robotics ☺️ PS I love my glasses 🤓 as well
