More like America’s Worst... What is the point of scheduling 8 people for the same time, and making all of them wait for hours? Due to my job, I’m only able to see a doctor over the weekend. If I had known that “America’s Best” is busy this weekend, I simply would’ve gone somewhere else (maybe even to another “America’s Best” location). Instead, I just wasted my time. Very very unhappy.

Today, I diside to pay a visit to my Neighbor hood American Best store. My goodness the manager Julie and her staff were amazing. I love you guys. Great Team. Frank Izquierdo.

Overall this was a positive experience! The wait time wasn’t too bad and the staff seemed attentive and easy going. The imaging and cataract exam was not my favorite. I’m the type of person that likes getting walked through the process before it happens. The attendant who ran my exams didn’t exam anything which threw me off but the ophthalmologist was so nice! The customer service rep, Rosy helped me select my glasses and walked me through my insurance coverage. She made amazing recommendations and was super sweet! I would definitely go back here considering I got two pairs of glasses for a steal!
