service. She guided me through my rather particular order and made me feel well taken care of. She was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and greeted me by name when I entered the store. She sets the standard for how to treat and retain customers!

My first time in my adult life scheduling an appointment and getting a new prescription and new glasses, and I was antsy about it, but it couldn't possibly have gone smoother. Everybody there, from the technicians to the receptionist to the people who help you get the glasses and ring you up, was super nice, really helpful, and made everything clear and easy. Couldn't possibly have gone better.

This store has great customer service! I needed glasses for my child and the store associate did her best working with her! She explained everything to me and my child as to what frames would work best since she has a high Rx. Every time i have been to this store the customer service and communication has been great!
